I have been working with Joana Moreira since February 2017 and it has been a very good, productive experience.

Initially, I wasn’t familiar with Joana’s approach however it has been having a positive impact on me: I have been learning a lot about how to approach myself and people differently. The work we do in the sessions is very powerful in giving me the tools and practice to perceive and act in a more positive, calm and less judgemental way.

Joana provides a very safe and comfortable environment for me to express myself and work on the issues that trouble me. She is empathetic, creative in the exercises she proposes, asks the right questions at the right time, and I have always left the sessions with a strong feeling of positivity and accomplishment.
